A unique combination of experience
and knowledge The MMC Alliance is an association of like-minded businesses who are committed to the application and growth of off-site manufacturing (OSM) systems and solutions throughout all sectors of the construction industry. The Alliance members offer a ‘one-stop-shop’ capability providing architectural facade systems for any project from design concept through to site installation and handover. By the use of the members’ resources and products, in conjunction with Kingspan Off-Site Kingframe Architectural Facade Systems, the Alliance provides in excess of 430 facade solutions suitable for application onto steel, concrete or timber frame buildings up to any height. This in turn offers the designer an almost unlimited range of colours, textures and finishes. The range of facade systems has been tested and assessed by BRE for structural, thermal, airtightness, fire, acoustic, weather and impact resistance, and lifetime durability performance. BRE Certification is completed for 8 systems, the remaining 10 systems are undergoing certification. All facade systems are fully compliant with Building Regulations Parts L1 & L2 (England & Wales) 2006 changes, and therefore enable building designers and constructors to meet the new EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).
